New groups and services are continuously developed to meet the needs of the community. Please feel free to request a specific group and we will make every attempt to meet your needs.
Keys Group
Build social skills, engage in psycho-education and psychotherapy, and develop a positive peer culture.
Anger Management
Learn to identify triggers and implement coping skills to reduce verbal and physical aggression.
Grief & Loss
Concentrate on issues of death of a loved one, divorce, and/or of an important person moving out of area.
El Programa
Psycho-educational group conducted in Spanish for youth’s and their families/caregivers.
Conflict Resolution/Gang Prevention
Children ages 11 and under who are exposed to gangs build social skills and engage in psycho-education and psychotherapy.
Transitioning to a New Environment
Designed for youth’s who are wards of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and are moving into a new living placement.
Emotional Regulation for Adolescent Girls
Teach young girls how to deal with emotions and life stress in ways that avoid dysregulation and promote better relationships.
NBTween
Address issues surrounding peer pressure, bullying, sexual activity, drug or alcohol use, body image, sexuality and self-esteem.

Explore dance movement to help regulate emotions.
